Instructions

Fill out our online registration form as complete as possible, including all contact info. Select "telephone consultation" from the type of training, drop down box. Include day & time you would like us to call for your consult.

We accept credit card payments over the phone at the beginning of the consult and is prepaid for a 30 minute session. Additional time can purchased as needed.

Our telephone consultation rate is $45 per half hour, per call, paid in advance,
