We are a veterinary hospital that provides medical

Koen O. Loeven graduated in 1990 from the Cornell University College of
Veterinary Medicine. He joined Middlebury Animal Hospital in March of 1993
and became a partner in 1996. In 1999 he became full owner upon Dr.
Scribner's retirement.
